Sauna, 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat

15 minutes around 180°F. Shoulders drop. Phone stays inside.

  2. 2

    Plunge

2 to 3 minutes around 39°F. Breathe slow. Every second counts.

  3. 3

    Rest

10 minutes doing nothing. That warm buzz after is the part people get hooked on.

Garage converted to a recovery room with an infrared sauna and a cold plunge

No backyard? No problem.

A single garage bay fits an infrared sauna and a compact plunge. Same ritual, no weather.

About 7 by 9 feet
Enough for a 2-person infrared sauna and a compact plunge side by side.
Standard outlets for most plunges
Infrared models often run on 120V too. We check your panel first.
Rubber floor and a drain nearby
Nice to have, not required. Plunges barely splash with the cover on.

Good questions.

Do I need an electrician?

Usually yes for the sauna. Most outdoor electric saunas run on a dedicated 240V circuit, about what a dryer or EV charger uses. Most cold plunges plug into a standard 120V GFCI outlet. We send you the exact spec before you buy so your electrician can quote it.

How does delivery work?

Saunas and plunges ship freight to your curb with a liftgate. You pick the delivery window. Inspect it before you sign, and we handle any damage claim for you.

How long does assembly take?

A barrel sauna kit is a one day job for two people. Cabin saunas take a weekend. Plunges are fill, plug in and wait a few hours to chill. Want it done for you? We can line up a local installer.

Can it go in a garage or basement?

Yes. Indoor infrared saunas and compact plunges are built for it. Traditional saunas indoors need ventilation and a little clearance. The setup builder will steer you right.

What does it cost to run?

Most people see roughly $20 to $50 a month in electricity for a sauna used a few times a week, depending on your rates and how often you go. Plunges with a good cover and insulation cost less than you think.

What about returns?

Unused items in original packaging can come back within 30 days. Freight return shipping applies unless it arrived damaged. Full details live on the terms page.

Is contrast therapy safe?

For most healthy adults, yes, when you start slow. It is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or take blood pressure meds, talk to your doctor first.
